The provision of personal data (name, address, age, email address and telephone number) upon registration is mandatory for the organization of the event.
The participant agrees to the collection and processing of data through the registration in cooperation with the third-party provider Race Result (on behalf of the organizer, Ultratrailrunning Erlangen e. V., Fließbachstraße 6, 91052 Erlangen).
Data collected during participation in the Bavarian Championships will be passed on to the Bavarian Athletics Association.
Participants’ personal data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of smooth organization.
Data will not be passed on to third parties.
Lists of participants and results are publicly accessible.

In addition, the participant agrees with his confirmation to the publication of his name, first name, year of birth, place of residence, team/club name, start number, result, as well as picture and video material for advertising purposes in all event-relevant media (participant list, result list, website, social media, DUV etc.) of the UTFS for an unlimited period of time.

You have the right to revoke consent given to the organizer at any time.
A revocation has no effect on the legality of data processing carried out in the past on the basis of your consent.
