The participant assures that he/she has the necessary previous experience and physical constitution to take part in the UTFS without further examination by the organizer.
The participant takes part at his/her own risk.

The organizer assumes no liability for accidents and other damages of any kind and is only liable for property damage, personal injury or financial loss in the event of gross negligence or intent.
The participant is liable for any damage caused by the participant to the organizer or third parties (e.g. spectators, local authorities, other participants, road users or private landowners) that can be attributed to the participant.

Participants take part in the event at their own risk and ensure that they are insured against accidents.

The organizer accepts no liability for lost or damaged items belonging to participants (e.g. valuables, equipment or luggage).

The points described above refer not only to the organizer itself, but also to all contributors to the UTFS event (e.g. helpers, employees, contractual partners).

The participant must comply with the road traffic regulations on public roads and paths.
